Welcome to the world of Campus and Shortcut

For over 20 years Campus has helped Swedish students to take their first career steps. Today Campus is the leading career network for students who are about to enter the workforce. The Campus brand includes both a magazine and a website for students and young professionals who are starting out on their career paths. Nearly 8,000 students visit and interact at campus.se every week for career advice, inspiration, and inside information about employers and different career paths in Sweden.

The Campus magazine is distributed to 55,000 business, engineering and law students. Campus Ekonomi (Campus Business) and Campus Teknik (Campus Engineering) are quarterly magazines distributed to students at top business and engineering universities in Sweden. Campus Jurist (Campus Law) is distributed twice a year to law students.

Through the Campus brand, employers are given the opportunity to communicate through several means to their target audience—including the aforementioned magazines, Campus.se, career guides, and Campus TV.

To bring the Campus communication offer full circle, we help employers to connect and interact directly to their target audience through our matchmaking tool Springboardr, a global meeting place for talents and employers. After completing a short quiz to identify their career profile, users can use Springboardr’s matching tool to discover, follow and connect with new potential employers. Through Springboardr, companies have a personal employer profile filled with company facts, career videos as well as links to social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter. Employers can also sponsor customized announcements and organize virtual meetups with users.

To connect with young professionals in Sweden, we encourage employers to utilize Shortcut, our online community for students who have recently entered the job market. Shortcut.nu is one of Sweden’s largest online career communities for young professionals, and Shortcut magazine is distributed to members and strategic partners in Sweden four times a year.

Shortcut’s online community has over 60,000 members between the ages of 25 and 40, and serves as a meeting place for members and employers to network. Through its website, community, and events, Shortcut inspires its members to research industry trends, discover potential employers, and land their dream jobs.

Employers are invited to participate in Shortcut through employer profiles, employee testimonials, ads and sponsored career events. Employer branding at Campus and Shortcut provides an inspiring, creative, and unique way for employers to connect with their target audience and create awareness about their offerings to the talent market.
